Zambia Terranova AA

Something unusual, we would never offer an African as a single origin, but this one ticks all the right boxes.

Zambia Terranova AA is deep bodied with medium acidity, cocoa richness and a unique balance of flavour with sweet berry notes from its African origin.

Cultivating coffee since 1985, Terranova Estate is based in the thriving farming community of Mazabuka lying on the rolling hills of the upper Kaleya Valley in Zambia. The self-sustaining farm supports a village where over 300 people live and work year round and provides work for over 2,500 temporary workers during the peak coffee season.

This is slowly becoming one of the world's most desired coffees. Excellent as a single origin through espresso, filter or plunger

Ethiopian ‘Sidamo ’

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and it is in the forests of the Kaffa region that Coffea Arabica grew wild. Ethiopia has the ideal climate for growth and each region has unique and intriguing coffee. Each region has its own distinct style due to its dramatic climatic differences and various processing methods. For this reason, Ethiopian coffee is often used as part of an Espresso blend for it distinct flavours.

Sidamo Coffee is grown between 1500 to 2000 Meters above sea level in volcanic and clay soils.

The Ethiopian Sidamo is a dry processed coffee which produces a rich and aromatic coffee with medium acidity, full body and a exotic citrus fruitiness.

Being a full bodied coffee the Sidamo holds itself well as a single origin and is extremely beautiful in a filter preparation.
