About the role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Australian Team based in Melbourne. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the whole business including senior management to deliver change and transformation. This role plays a key part in providing financial insights to support strategic decisions. This is a 12-months Fixed-term position with the possibility of extension.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Lead annual, quarterly, and rolling monthly forecast cycles across the Australian Business Unit.
- Ensure accurate budgets and forecasts are loaded into the Group Planning system (Workday Adaptive).
- Support preparation of regional and departmental budgets and forecasts for senior leaders.
- Prepare monthly commercial reporting packs with clear commentary on performance drivers.
- Deliver weekly sales reporting and support implementation of data analytics tools.
- Drive understanding of customer and channel profitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor
About you:
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data-driven analysis and developing financial models that support business objectives
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification preferred
- Strong data analysis skillset, ideally holding experience with data tools such as Power BI
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
